SOLUTRANS 2015: Trades, training ... The transport sector in action!
Saturday, June 27, 2015Description :
SOLUTRANS 2015 will honor the car body trade through a training space of 300 m² designed and run by the French Bodywork Federation (FFC) and numerous partners (Lyon's Rectorate, AFTRAL, Road Safety, The Companions of the Duty ...).

On the program, a special welcome for college students, a competition for high school students and multiple activities ... to discover all the opportunities offered by the industry! Zoom on ... a show in full action and on the various formations, initial or continuous, proposed today.
A DEDICATED SPACE OF MULTIPLE ANIMATIONS
In SOLUTRANS, the training area will be very animated thanks to the support of many actors.

Animations to entice young people and families

The FFC will highlight the opening to learning of its BTS Carrosserie Construction, via its CFA and its high school in Villeneuve-la-Garenne.
The latter will take advantage of the event to exhibit a former J5, completely redone by students and construction students and apprentices in repair. The aim is to introduce "live" to all of the Carrosserie's businesses, as the young people have been involved in both mechanics and bodywork, painting and saddlery.
A specific welcome for college students

In partnership with the Rectorate, the Espace Formation will welcome students of the 4th and 3rd year in the process of choosing vocational guidance. After a presentation of the trades and a meeting with the various training organizations, they will visit the Salon to discover the products exhibited on the stands.
A Contest in the Contest

In addition, students from Bac Pro and students from BTS Construction will participate in the "Innovation Competition", organized by the FFC and SOLUTRANS. Each group will be in charge of carrying out a "report" on companies that are candidates for the Innovation Award for Transport Solutions. They will have to study the application, know the company, examine the innovation on the stand, analyze the innovation presented and highlight the interest. This report will then be presented to the Innovation Award Jury by each student group.
A course of simulators to discover different trades

Collegians and high school students will be welcomed by the heads of the training center of the FFC, who will present the bodywork trades with a course specifically designed for them: the PL driving simulator of the AFTRAL stand; The J5 of the CFA of Villeneuve, presenting the mechanics, the bodywork, the saddlery and a driving simulator; The Compagnons du Devoir stand with a painting simulator and a welding simulator.
THE NEWS OF TRAINING

The formation, fundamental element of the DNA of the FFC

Representative body of the whole branch, the French Federation of Bodywork, Industry and Services, also remains a historical and fundamental actor of training. This role was reinforced, in October 2013, by the creation of the Training Center. Its main mission: to promote the Carrosserie businesses, both in initial and continuous training.
In this context, one of its first actions, carried out with industry professionals, teachers and head teachers, was the complete overhaul of the curricula.

In order to do this, the first decision was to remove the Professional Carrosserie, option repair / construction, more adapted enough to the complexity of these two specialties, to replace it with two distinct diplomas, the Bac Pro Repair and the Bac Pro Construction. Changes were also made on the CAP Réparateur and CAP Peintre, which were completely renovated, while a CAP construction was being created and, at the same time, the BTS Construction and Realization of bodywork was making a new skin.
While many changes are aimed at modernizing the training of the sector, the Federation also wants to encourage professionals to collaborate actively with establishments and to make their professions known.
In an identical line, the FFC also offers a whole range of solutions for continuing education. Accompanying and privileged partner of companies, this one works in this sense, either with the assistance of the GNFA for technical training, or by itself for other aspects of the profession, such as the administrative evolution of the branch. Assignment of debt and pledge agreement, regulation, pre-audit qualified operation, Utac I or II qualification are all subjects niches brought to the knowledge of professionals and provided by the FFC.
AFTRAL, from the CAP to the Bac +6

Born in 1989 by the Association for the Development of Professional Training in Transport (AFT) and the Training Institute for Implantation and Handling Techniques (IFTIM), AFT-IFTIM becomes AFTRAL . Contraction of "Learning and Training in Transport and Logistics", this organization refocuses on its original mission: to organize the training offer.
Thanks to its new website, AFTRAL now makes available to its members a customer area where all the modules allowing to register for the multiple sessions offered in France are grouped together.
In addition, the organization now includes all the continuing or initial training courses of AFT-IFTIM. It concentrates around a hundred centers in France and overseas, including 44 apprenticeship training centers (CFA), higher education schools dedicated to passenger transport or logistical transport, as well as the Institute Management for logistics (IML). Facilitated by a thousand trainers, these organizations receive 180,000 continuing education professionals each year, who have access to 450 courses and accompany 2,000 students in initial training.
Often not very sensitive to the transport sector and poorly informed on this subject, these young people benefit, thanks to the AFTRAL, from 150 different training courses in various fields ranging from management to human resources, including maintenance, operating techniques or Driving multiple machines (PL, VL, construction site, handling). All for courses from CAP to Bac + 6.
