Successful lift for Toyota's range of narrow aisle trolleys, Veflex BT
Sunday, April 27, 2008Description :
The BT range of bi-directional truck-mounted forklift trucks, the Veflex, has been rejuvenated both in terms of ergonomics and productivity.

The BT engineers have completely rethought the Veflex range. They have capitalized on the technological advances developed for the Reflex range of retractable trolleys. The Veflex have thus benefited from notable changes, both internal and external.

The new design of the cabin brings a great comfort of work. The seat is adjustable and adapts to the morphology of each driver. The controls are extremely intuitive so that the operator is totally dedicated to his task throughout the day. The protective roof is pre-equipped to install a height indicator and a CD / Radio player.

PIN access makes the ignition key unnecessary and restricts access to the truck to authorized persons only. Security is thus reinforced. The performance settings are configured according to the entered PIN code. The trolley is optimized for each operator. Steering sensitivity, maximum speed, acceleration rate and automatic braking are among the adjustable parameters.

With the E-Bar as standard, the Veflex are ready to integrate the different operating systems of the warehouses. The E-bar is a universal device that allows the connection of peripherals such as an embedded PC, a radio controlled terminal, a barcode reader.

The new series also offers a whole list of options such as indicator or height pre-selection. These two devices secure and facilitate the work at high height.

The Veflex series is available in three models: VRE125, VRE125SF, VRE150 with lift capacities from 1250 kg to 1500 kg and lift heights up to 11 meters. The VRE125SF

Is equipped with bi-directional forks that improve productivity. This model works optimally in narrow aisles and in a reduced storage space.
