Yale VX Thermal Cartridges
Saturday, October 27, 2012Description :
Yale Europe Materials Handling presents its new VX series of thermal trolleys on bandages in the UK, France and Germany. Trolleys that might soon be ready to conquer other countries to meet the demand.

The designers worked hard to design a chassis capable of remaining comfortable with bandages instead of inflatable tires or solid tires. The result ? A much more compact forklift, the reduced dimensions of which allow better maneuverability when maneuvering in close alleys.

This asset makes sense for customers whose load capacity has increased, while the aisle width can not be easily extended to allow for a larger forklift truck.

With the launch of this new series, Yale can now offer its customers a solution to this dilemma: a compact trolley capable of handling larger loads in tight spaces. And the difference is size, because the carrying capacity can prove far superior. For example, the load capacity of the compact truck can be 3.5 tons. Much more than the 2.5 tons of a conventional counterweight trolley working in the same aisle width.

The new compact series can also be a solution of choice for customers who practice stacking without shelving. The compact footprint of the compact VX series increases storage capacity in stacking areas by palletized merchandise accumulation.

This is particularly beneficial when the volume of goods stored increases to meet seasonal peaks. For example, the Yale GLP 40 VX (4.0 tons) can stack under stacking below 1200 mm, while a conventional counterweight truck on inflatable tires or solid tires does not drop below 1400 mm .

This series is perfectly suited for indoor work, on regular floors as found in most warehouses and production areas. In general, trolleys equipped with bandages also make it possible to maintain a cleaner environment, due to the reduction of traces of tires on the ground.

Their reduced rolling resistance makes them less fuel intensive. Reducing tire bending increases the stability of the load. They can also lift heavier loads at higher heights, which is another way to increase storage capacity.

Steve Ridgway, director of the Yale brand, explains: "The new VX series has many advantages, the first of which is of course exceptionally compact dimensions. This series offers customers who can not afford to build a new warehouse or increase their storage capacity in the current economic climate a real alternative and a much more attractive option from a financial point of view. "

The new compact VX series uses the remarkable Intellix Vehicle System Manager and Yale CANbus technology to track truck systems and Techtronix 100 transmission for precise handling, superior handling and superior performance. It is available in Value and Productivity versions, and benefits from all the technological and ergonomic advantages of the Yale Veracitor series.
